Thanks for you comment. Gratitude really can make shifts energetically. Think about how you felt when someone expressed their appreciation for you or for something you did and the impact it made. We feel that--it shifts us, our mood, our stress level, the way in which we view ourselves, even if just for a moment. The gratitude-giver and the gratitude receiver are both changed in that moment. Most of us start a gratitude practice by making a list of things we're grateful for which is helpful because the recall can change our perspective, from lack to abundance. But another way is to feel gratitude is in your body. Each time you let yourself feel gratitude, you’re building new neural pathways that make it easier to return to calm, to center.
